Pilot project applications to NTNU Discovery must be completed in a Word form that can be downloaded from the application page.

The completed form is uploaded here as a Word document or PDF document. NTNU Discovery, vice dean, project manager and head of department will then receive the application.

Upon submission, the form will be saved and forwarded to the case manager at NTNU Discovery, the contact person/dean at the faculty/unit, and the project manager and manager at the department/clinic.
